  18. <p>     EVAN DANDO isn't angry or alienated or even convinced that he
  19. is a genius--and for these reasons alone he deserves to rest
  20. on alternative rock's highest pedestal. "I'm trying to make
  21. real music," says the Lemonheads' singer-songwriter, "and I
  22. don't know a thing about it." Come On Feel the Lemonheads, the
  23. band's newest CD, suggests that he does know something about
  24. clever quirkiness. The album features a guest appearance by
  25. Rick James and tunes like Favorite T, a song about the T shirts
  26. you lose in relationships. Evan's down two.
